Description - These are photos taken from a hike along the Maroon Creek Trail. We started at the East Maroon Portal Campground and hiked up to Maroon lake. The round trip distance was 6.5 miles and it took us about 3.5 hours. We spent about half an hour sitting up at Maroon Lake taking pictures. It was overcast most of the hike, but there were about 5 minutes where the sun was shining on the Bells. This was a beautiful hike to see some amazing fall colors.
