Description - This is a hike up the Maroon-Snowmass trail to Crater Lake. This hike had beautifull views of Maroon Bells almost the whole way. It was about 4.7 miles round trip from the parking lot at Maroon Lake to Crater Lake and back. It took us about 2 hours. We went late in the day in the Fall. There were still some great Fall colors.
